T-REX is the starting (and stomping) ground for a number of St. Louis startups due in part to their connection to Arch Grants, but also because of their ample space and relatively low costs.

The eight-floor downtown office tower that T-REX resides in has been going under a Google-esque renovation over the last few years, leading to lots of office spaces that show off the building’s original framework and take advantage of the large windows. The fifth-floor communal area is a great place to meet other entrepreneurs, attend a workshop, or just nosh on some complimentary food and drink.
